The procedure is as follows : After we receive your request and payment, we will send you by message (SMS, Viber, What’s app, e-mail, mail or all the above – whatever you indicate to us) a code / coupon which you will donate to your loved one.

Then, he / she will visit our website, will add the favorite products to the basket and at the end of the order he / she will have to enter the code / coupon in the corresponding field. In this way, your gift will be redeemed in the form of a discount on the entire order.

In case the order is of lower value than your gift card, a code / coupon will be re-issued with the remaining amount for the next purchase.
